Staff Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare individual and business tax returns under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and compile financial statements.
Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and address inquiries, supporting our commitment to client satisfaction in accounting careers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or currently progressing toward the CPA exam).
Strong foundational understanding of US GAAP and basic tax principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first attitude, essential for those looking to join our firm.
Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns prepared by staff accountants.
Spearhead year-round tax planning and business consulting initiatives for clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact, providing proactive guidance and building long-term trusted relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; active CPA license (or active progression) strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in public accounting, focusing on tax and small business advisory.
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws, compliance regulations, and financial statement analysis, making these senior accountant positions vital for growth in accounting careers.
